Platform Access & System Compatibility

Our culinary education platform works seamlessly across all modern devices and operating systems. You'll need a stable internet connection and a device manufactured within the last five years for the best learning experience.

We've designed our system to be accessible whether you're using a laptop in your kitchen, a tablet while shopping for ingredients, or your smartphone during breaks at work. The platform automatically adjusts video quality based on your connection speed.

For hands-on cooking sessions, we recommend using a device with a screen size of at least 10 inches. This makes it easier to follow detailed techniques while you're actually cooking. Many of our students prop up their tablets on kitchen counters or use phone stands for the best viewing angles.

System Specifications

Internet Connection

Minimum 5 Mbps download speed required for HD video streaming. For 4K cooking demonstrations, we recommend 25 Mbps. Most home broadband connections exceed these requirements easily.

Browser Requirements

Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+. JavaScript must be enabled. We automatically detect your browser and suggest updates if needed for optimal performance.

Mobile Devices

iOS 13+ or Android 8+ required. Our mobile app is available on both App Store and Google Play. Tablets provide the best mobile learning experience for detailed techniques.

Storage Space

Minimum 2GB free storage for offline content downloads. Premium members can download up to 50 hours of content for kitchen sessions without internet access.

Device Compatibility

Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, iOS 13+, Android 8+, or Linux Ubuntu 18.04+. Most devices from 2018 onwards meet these requirements without any issues.

Audio Requirements

Built-in speakers or headphones recommended. Our chef instructors provide detailed audio cues for timing and techniques that are crucial for learning proper culinary skills.

Camera Access (Optional)

For live coaching sessions and skill assessments, camera access enhances the learning experience. You can participate without video, but instructors provide better feedback when they can see your technique.

Kitchen Setup

While not technically required, a basic kitchen with stovetop, oven, and common utensils maximizes your learning potential. We provide equipment alternatives for those with limited kitchen access.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication available for account protection. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information and learning progress data.
